At Mindful Wellness Journey, we believe in prevention before cure - empowering women and carers to nurture their wellbeing through mindfulness, self-care, and connection. We offer holistic practices designed to restore balance and promote healing through our services.

About our founder

I’m Binh the founder of Mindful Wellness Journey, qualified Cert IV Massage Therapist and your Mindful and Wellness coach.

Through my own personal life journey as a single mother and carer to my two precious sons, one with special additional needs. It has given me a real insight into the importance of caring for one’s own health and well-being. Having to navigate the trauma and breakdown of my marriage and grieving that loss while juggling single parenting and trying to understand the complexity of my son’s additional lifelong disability and challenges accessing support for him. It is a lot to process, and I will say it now – it was not easy. It was painful, lonely and can be all consuming at times.

Of all the support and guidance of family, friends, and professional help in the last 14 years, the one thing that has really helped is the power of mindfulness and meditation through breath work. It has allowed me to heal from inside, given me the strength to face everyday challenges without feeling overwhelmed and consumed by the noise of external world. For that reason, Mindful Wellness Journey (MWJ) has been born. 

The reality is, if you do not take care of yourself no one else will. It is something that took me many years to understand. Now I want to share that with all the carers and ladies out there.
